Located in a new construction townhome complex, this staging project accommodated a lower budget while still maintaining the look and feel of a high-end, mountain modern home. The small footprint in the living room could be seen as a limitation by potential buyers, but our staging tackled this challenge by solving the seating capacity conundrum.
